3 days after, Namibia November 27 and 28 2009 elections , only 17 constituencies’ results have so far been released by the Electoral Commission of Namibia from the country's 13 regions and 107 constituencies.

Out of these 17 constituencies results so far released , SWAP is leading with 12 constituency wins, while the United Democratic Front (UDF) and its president Justus //Garoeb have managed to scoop three constituencies (Daures, Khorixas and Sesfontein), the National Unity Democratic Organisation (NUDO) and its president Kuaima Riruako one (Otjinene), and the Rally for Democracy and Progress (RDP) with its president Hidipo Hamutenya one (Rehoboth Urban West).

Results are so far from the following Constituencies and regions :

1.       Kabbe constituency in the Caprivi region;

2.       Swakopmund, Omaruru,

3.       Daures constituencies of the Erongo region;

4.       Rehoboth Rural and Gibeon constituencies of the Hardap region;

5.       Keetmanshoop Rural and Berseba constituencies of the Karas region;

6.       Kahenge constituency of the Kavango region;

7.       Sesfontein and Khorixas constituencies of the Kunene region;

8.       Otjinene and Kalahari constituencies of the Omaheke region;

9.       Elim constituency of the Omusati region;

10.   Okatyali constituency of the Oshana region

11.   Onyaanya and Omuntele constituencies of the Oshikoto region.
